Frequently Asked Questions

Physical therapy services provided from Therapeutic Pilates are out-of-network with all insurances. You are responsible for the cost of services on the date of service. You may request a receipt and submit this to your insurance for reimbursement. 

Please give 24 hour notice if you plan to cancel your appointment. Therapeutic Pilates will charge the full amount otherwise. A 1 time waive may be provided, because we recognize that life can happen.

Pilates services require a variety of machines and are done in a gym setting.

Rehab services require privacy and access to other medical equipment
