Pilates Services
Located at the Herndon Location
Individual Sessions
$125

- Targeted, individualized training plans
- Includes use of a variety of equipment to assist and challenge
- The best option for those new to Pilates
- 3 sessions are required prior to taking a group class

Duo Sessions

1 hour
- Involves 2 individuals training at the same time
- Includes use of a variety of equipment to assist and challenge
- For those looking for individualized attention than group classes
Payment can be split between 2 individuals
Reformer classes
$40
1 hour
- Limited to 6 individuals per class
- Use of mirrors for better body awareness
- Maintain your fitness once comfortable on the reformer
- Clearance from your healthcare provider is required before use
- Classes are divided based on experience level
- If there are openings, drop in for 1 hour is
Purchase in a packet of 6, 1 session per week, $240 due at the time of the first class

Physical Therapy Services
Located at the Ashburn Location
Initial Consult
$300
1 hour
- This session includes a thorough review of your subjective history, a full body assessment, and a holistic treatment plan approach
- Collaborate with the therapist to discuss your goals and your unique needs
- All sessions operate on informed. consent
- Everything in the assessment is recommended but not required
- Receive instruction on home exercises and modifications needed for tissue healing.
Treatment Visits
$225
1 hour
- Manual therapy: soft tissue massage, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, sustained myofascial stretch, and cupping
- Movement control and coordination training with visual, auditory, and tactile cueing
- Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)
- Strength training: body resisted exercise, band resistance, spring resistance weights
- Will continue to receive up to date home exercise plan instructions to maximize independence
Telehealth
$150-$200
1 hour
- An alternative method of consult and treatment for those that live out of town or have a challenge leaving the home
- Can be selected to avoid < 24 hour cancellation fee
- Initial consult is $200, and treatment sessions are $150.
- All services are the same with the exception of manual therapy, which will focus on self massage techniques
- This is only an option for those that live in the state of Virginia due to licensing requirements

Reimbursement for Physical Therapy Services
Commercial insurances may submit for reimbursement
Therapeutic Pilates is an out-of-network provider. At the time of service, you are responsible for the full cost of the service(s) you have received. However, Therapeutic Pilates can provide commercial based insurances with a superbill. A superbill gives specific healthcare codes and allows your insurance to reimburse you once you have reached your out of network deductible. Talk to your insurance plan to understand these details.
